Terms and eligibility

- Reward
- £100 each (inclusive of VAT) for the referrer and the referred customer. Flat per referred customer, whether electricity, gas or both.
- Format
- Bill credit applied to later Fuse bills until used. Not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- New customer must
- Never have been a Fuse customer, not have joined via a price comparison website, sign up with at least one import electricity or gas supply, and enter the code during sign-up while a campaign is live.
- Payment condition
- Pay the first full month of energy supply by the due date of that bill.
- Campaign
- Credit is only available during live campaign periods communicated by Fuse. Fuse can cancel or amend the campaign without notice.

Is the Fuse Energy referral code still working?
Yes, while a Fuse referral campaign is live. Fuse runs referral campaigns on a rolling basis. The code must be entered during sign-up, and Fuse says it can't be added after a campaign ends. Fuse's referral terms were last updated on 10 August 2026 and this page was checked on 1 October 2026.
How much do you get for referring a friend to Fuse Energy?
£100 of Fuse account credit each, for the referrer and the friend. It is a flat amount per referred customer, whether they take electricity, gas or both. Electricity export supplies don't count.
How do I use the Fuse Energy referral code?
Start your switch on fuseenergy.com or in the Fuse app. Add your property, then enter KIANA75450 near the end of onboarding. Only one referral code can be added to an account.
When do I get the £100 Fuse credit?
After the referred customer pays their first full month's bill by its due date. Until then the reward shows as Pending in the app. Fuse says it may show Failed if the first bill isn't paid in full within 14 days of being issued.
Is the Fuse referral reward cash?
No. It is bill credit. Fuse applies it against later bills until it is used in full, and it can't be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Who can't use a Fuse Energy referral code?
Anyone who has been a Fuse customer before, anyone who joined through a price comparison website, customers who already added a referral code, and people referring themselves. Export-only sign-ups are not eligible for a reward.
Do you get more if you take gas and electricity?
No. Fuse pays a flat £100 per referred customer, the same for one eligible supply or both. You need at least one import electricity or gas supply.
